After Avatar...

In July 2002 a friend casually mentioned the Avatar Course to me in an email. All he said was something like, "Have you checked out the Avatar Course, it sounds a lot like what you're describing." That was on a Thursday. In the next two days I downloaded a copy of "Living Deliberately" by Harry Palmer and connected with an Avatar Master. That Saturday I started the Avatar Course. I could only take the first two-day ReSurfacing Course on that weekend as I came in at the end of the full course. I registered for the next International Course which was in October of that year. Why was I so deeply affected by this work in such a short time? I had been through many modalities of "change work". I'd studied by myself, worked with coaches and therapists and counselors. I'd joined groups and taken courses, learned to meditate, learned yoga and tai chi, and may other forms of eastern spiritual practice. I'd read countless books and given most of their advice and exercises a good go. And I was still experiencing life in ways that were not what I wanted. One of the first things I noticed about the Avatar Course was that no one was telling me what to believe or how to live my life. All the Masters were concerned with was creating a non-judgmental space for me to learn how to use the tools. What I did with those tools was up to me. They appreciated everything that I brought and provided all the emotional support anyone could ever need. My job was to bring my life to the course and be willing to look at my own consciousness. Somehow I must have intuitively felt all of this on that Thursday because I hooked up to the energy from this Course and haven't looked back. I'm telling you all of this because you'll soon have an opportunity to find out for yourself the power, simplicity and beauty of this amazing technology. A few times a year, Masters from around the world gather to create an International Avatar Course. We're doing just that this June. The course runs from June 23 through July 1, 2007. We'll be at the Lake Mary Marriott in Lake Mary, Florida. It's a great hotel in a wonderful part of town. But that's not the reason you should join us there. We'll have people from all over the planet coming together to experience these tools and learn how to work together to explore the consciousness of each individual. There will be many languages, many perspectives, many opportunities to experience a different way of relating to each other. But that's not the reason you should join us there. We'll offer all three sections of the Avatar Course in nine days. The ReSurfacing Course - Section I - starts on the weekend, with Section II and III following for the rest of the week. Moving through the Course in a straight shot like this builds incredible energy and flow as you work with first one exercise and then another. The sequence of exercises have been proven by over 100,000 people since 1987 to unlock the secrets of your consciousness. And that's a pretty good reason for you to join us there but... The real reason to join us is because it's your time. It's been my experience as a licensed Avatar Master, that people do this course when it's time for them. They decide to follow that still-small-voice inside. Or maybe, as in my case, they feel a pull of energy and know that this experience is absolutely the next on their path.
